Sales Director – UK   Ref: 032409

Based in London, this role will be critical to the expansion of Rpohire in the UK. As one of the first Rpohire UK employees, the UK Sales Director will partner directly with the Managing Director to establish a sales/client strategy and help set the tone for Rpohire’s UK operations and culture. The UK Sales Director will take full ownership of the sales cycle and client management/retention post sale supported by an Offshore-based team.
 
The ideal candidate:
 
   has at least 3 - 5 years experience selling RPO Services to both Staffing Firms and Direct
Clients
   has proven expertise preparing and presenting solution-based business proposals;
   has an established network with Recruiting industry experts.
   has superior ethics and integrity
   has the passion and entrepreneurial spirit to create personal and professional success.
   Proven success identifying, closing leads and managing client retention.

The candidate selected for this position will plan and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for sales of enterprise services and in identifying market opportunities. The successful candidate will cultivate and pursue new leads, respond to RFP’s, and manage a sales/marketing group to look for new opportunities. This person will be responsible for leading in the sales team recruiting process and will have on-going responsibilities for training and supporting the team.  This position is responsible for prospecting for new business at the top levels, direct customer engagement, and working with staffing firms to increase product knowledge and efficiencies to drive sales.
 
Essential Responsibilities
 
   Generate prospects by cold calling, leading the telemarketing efforts, exhibiting at trade shows, networking, and supporting company marketing programs
   Identify company product market opportunities with new and existing clients
   Leverage existing account relationships to provide reference selling opportunities
   Execute sales / marketing strategy within expense budgets
   Deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to qualified prospects
   Assist in the recruiting of new sales associates
   Supervise, coach, mentor and evaluate all sales and marketing associates
 
Minimum Qualifications
   A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline is strongly preferred
   Must have significant experience selling enterprise level software
   Minimum 4- 8 years sales experience
   Must be able to identify and cultivate clients, develop proposals, close business on medium to large projects
   Excellent time management and organizational skills
   Ability and experience in developing and meeting a strategic plan to meet/exceed established sales forecasts
