The candidate selected for this position will plan and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for sales of enterprise services and in identifying market opportunities. The successful candidate will cultivate and pursue new leads, respond to RFP’s, and manage a sales/marketing group to look for new opportunities. This person will be responsible for leading in the sales team recruiting process and will have on-going responsibilities for training and supporting the team. This position is responsible for prospecting for new business at the top levels, direct customer engagement, and working with staffing firms to increase product knowledge and efficiencies to drive sales. |
