We provide the Research specialist (offshore Resume Sourcer) who will be responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, with access to your internal database or ATS & Job Boards (dice, monster, Career Builder...etc) and utilize all Networks & recruiting tools needed for the successful implementation of a Research Specialist’s work , projecting a professional image both internally and externally. Will be partnering with Sr. Recruiters and Account Managers to find candidates for high volume and harder to fill position.
The Research Specialist will be working on 5 -6 requisitions based upon your team recruiting demand with sourcing 4-5 qualified resumes on each requirement.
Daily & Weekly reports to assigned Managers & Management with coordination of Delivery Manager.
