Santosh has been around for 10 plus years in the staffing industry and started Rpohire in 2008 when we had the recession in full circle, we feel very grateful that our clients made us stand and grow stronger since then and every year, we continue to grow and learn more as we go along.
Santosh decided to start an RPO company serving both Staffing and HR Businesses and felt that with all of his experiences in the industry that he could help build a model company that would provide the highest level of service, value and integrity to its clients and employees.
His focus is making sure that we provide maximum value to our clients and employees. Prior to starting Rpohire, he worked with other RPO companies where he learned what not to do. These experiences made him determined to build something different. These aspirations have led to a 100% customer retention rate.
Santosh continues to leverage best practices in organizational structure and role alignment without sacrificing efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment technologies.

With more than 20 years of management experience, Shrennevvas joined RPOHIRE in 2011 as a Director – Planning. Prior to his current position he served as Logistics Manager for a manufacturing company and managed regional operations. He has been instrumental in the development of our service specializations that deliver contract-level and Domestic Customer Service for Professional Staffing and ingenious Services. He manages the P&L Management, Budgeting, Labor Management, Reporting, Payroll, Staffing, and Planning of Rpohire.He guides from the front and co-ordinate, manage, mentor and empower all teams associated with an initiative to ensure the right results are delivered for everybody’s benefit.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Andhra University.
Jyothi’s career has spanned with multiple ITES industries like Dell, Convergys and IT Staffing Companies. Jyothi joined RPOHIRE in 2009 and has responsibility for all financial, human resource and administrative functions. She has proven ability to implement solutions and respond to changes in chaotic business environments. Consistently successful in building consensus and forming cooperative relationships with staffs and corporate business partners to evaluate, develop, and implement business solutions that lead to increased profitability.She was also responsible for developing organizational processes to ensure consistency and quality across programs and facilities. Her expertise with such programs offers invaluable understanding of the requirements, structure, communications, and resources necessary to direct and control programs effectively and successfully.
